\\VIP ADMISSION

Our venue this year doesn't require VIP Admission.

 

 

\\SET TIMES

Please note times are estimates. Dates and times are subject to change at any time. We will try our best to inform you of any changes at least 48 hours before they take effect.

 

 

\\TRAVEL OPTIONS

 FLO at this time cannot guarantee travel options for this year's event. All travel responsibilities are up to the family members who will be attending.

 

 

\\FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE

FLO, depending on available funds will provide transportation to and from planned events as well as airport, hotel or home pickups for those family members who request it. Members traveling from out of state can book Southwest Airlines or check out any Choice Hotels located in the area of which the event will take place.

 

 

\\LOCKERS

Our venue this year doesn't require the use of lockers. (Lockers may be required at certain locations that we attend; you will need to contact that location concerning their locker policy and purchases).

 

 

\\ATMS

ATM's may be available at the locations that we may attend. Contact that location about their ATM policies.

 

 

\\TICKETING

Tickets will be required for admittance into certain locations we will attend. Please make sure you purchase the required amount of tickets to attend each venue. 

 

 

\\TICKET AVAILABILITY ON SITE

Tickets will be available for purchasing beginning FEBRUARY 2, 2025

 

 

\\WRISTBANDS

Wristbands will be required at certain venues we attend. Please make sure you attach wristbands during the entire time you are at the venue. You will need them to enter, exit or re-enter the venue, also you will need them for certain rides or games and for lunch or dinner specials.

 

 

\\ENTRY & SECURITY

All family members are required to enter at the designated entrances. Please note you may or may not be checked by security at each venue. You may be checked each and every time you exit and re-enter the venue.

 

 

\\ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

Alcoholic beverages ARE NOT PERMITTED at any venue listed on our Interary unless specifically notated. 

 

 

\\WEATHER

Our venues require outside activities, so weather plays a big factor for our reunion. Please note if weather becomes an issue and we have to cancel a venue, you will need to contact the FLO administrative for questions concerning our refund policy.

 

 

\\THESE ITEMS ARE ALLOWED

Depending on the day and place of venue(s) certain items are allowed for outside activities: lawn chairs, sunglasses, hats, handbags, towels, swimsuits, juices, water, coolers, cellphones, tablets, laptops. Please note depending on the location certain items may not be allowed, we will inform you of those items if they are in violations of the locations policy.

 

 

\\THESE ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED

These items are prohibited no matter what location our venue is held: guns, knives (if not for use for cooking), any type of weapon that may cause bodily harm, illegal drugs of any kind, alcoholic beverages (unless specifically notated), any form of racist or discriminatory material including but not limited to music, shirt, hat, flags, pictures, paintings, signs, designs of any kind that is derogatory in anyway.
